Welcome to Notary Public North London
I am a Notary Public based in Belsize Park, NW3. I service clients in the areas of Hampstead, Swiss Cottage, Camden and Kentish Town.
The service provided is that of a Notary Public, carrying out all permitted notarial activities in England and Wales including, where appropriate and if required, arranging legalisation of documents and sending them to their final destinations.
Having practised for many years as a Company/Commercial solicitor, Bernard is well qualified to advise and assist his clients with the commercial documents that are regularly placed before Notaries Public.
Evenings and weekends appointment are available by prior arrangement.
Bernard is a keen student of modern foreign languages and will ensure, either personally or with such assistance as is necessary, that his clients fully understand every document that they are required to sign. He is particularly interested in dealing with the affairs of North London’s French population.
Bernard is able to provide parking permits to visiting clients. He does require clients to make an appointment before any meeting but he will attempt to meet with clients when and where convenient to them.
The Practice is covered by a formal complaint's procedure applicable in the event that any client is dissatisfied with the service provided and this is outlined under "Complaints Procedure" above. The Practice's professional indemnity policy is currently limited to one million pounds in respect of any claim.
